On January 25, 2025, Brighter City Solutions hosted a stunning venue showcase at The Hearth, a venue in the heart of the London, UK. Designed as an immersive open house for event planners, this one-day experience gave attendees a firsthand look at what The Hearth has to offer — not through brochures or slideshows, but through a full-sensory, real-time walk-through, vendor exhibits, and live activations.

The result? A highly effective venue marketing strategy that generated meaningful leads, fostered connections, and positioned The Hearth as a standout venue for, corporate events, and private gatherings in 2025 and beyond.

Project Goals

Brighter City Solutions partnered with The Hearth to deliver three core outcomes:

  • Introduce the venue to event planners and industry professionals

  • Create opportunities for vendor engagement and collaboration

  • Inspire future bookings by showcasing the venue’s real-world versatility
     

 

This wasn’t just about filling a room. It was about creating an environment that made guests say, “I can picture my next event here.”

Strategic Planning & Execution

To bring that vision to life, Brighter City Solutions implemented a carefully structured event marketing plan:

  • Vendor Exhibitor Integration: Select industry partners — from florists and caterers to entertainment and rentals — set up live displays, giving planners hands-on interaction with trusted professionals.
     

  • Guided & Self-Guided Tours: A mix of structured tours and casual walk-throughs gave guests flexibility while encouraging discovery.
     

  • Ambient Experience Design: Music, natural lighting to immerse attendees and help them envision a their event.

 

Marketing

The event was promoted using our multi-channel outreach strategy, including:

  • Personalised email campaign invitations to various freelance and corporate planners and organisers.

  • Social media promotions leveraging on our event planner and vendor networks.

Instagram: 25,251+ social interaction (likes, views, saves post, shares, profile activity).

TikTok: 30,000+ social interaction (views, likes, comments, save/favourite post, re-shares)

Cold Outreach: 40 cold outreach direct messages and emails from event planners to be added to the guest list and  our event planner community.

This approach ensured high-quality RSVPs and maximised engagement well before the doors opened.

The Energy Inside

What started as an open house quickly became a gathering of creatives — sharing ideas, snapping photos, and exchanging business cards under The Hearth’s skylight ceilings. Planners mingled with vendors. There was continuous murmurings of “I could see my next event here.”

Results & Measurable Impact

The Hearth Venue Showcase drew a strong turnout and delivered clear results:​

  • Minimum of 30 event planners in attendance

  • 5 sponsor vendor exhibitors engaged in real-time consultations and demonstrations.

  • Multiple venue  and vendor booking inquiries within two week of the event

  • Extensive social media coverage and content shared by attendees

  • Positive feedback citing the event as “inspiring,” “organised,”  "where is the next venue showcase," and “highly valuable”
