Designed as an immersive open house for event planners, this one-day experience gave attendees a firsthand look at what The Hearth has to offer — not through brochures or slideshows, but through a full-sensory, real-time walk-through, vendor exhibits, and live activations.

Cold Outreach: 40 cold outreach direct messages and emails from event planners to be added to the guest list and our event planner community.

This approach ensured high-quality RSVPs and maximised engagement well before the doors opened.

What started as an open house quickly became a gathering of creatives — sharing ideas, snapping photos, and exchanging business cards under The Hearth’s skylight ceilings. Planners mingled with vendors. There was continuous murmurings of “I could see my next event here.”
